In Religious Education we have been learning what sacrament means. We have studied the Last supper and how the Eucharist today is a sign of God's love for us. The strength of the Eucharist enables us to "Go in peace to love and serve the Lord". View this video of the Last Supper.

Nick played very well on the day and didn't lose any games.I lost one game and draw one.

Four people out of each age group with the highest number of points went to the final in the parish centre and who ever won out of that age group got to play the other winners. The 24 challenage champion is Antonio from room 7! Well done.

Aoraki Mathmatics Competion :)
In August, Cathal, Matthew, Shay and Veronica participated in the Aoraki Mathematics Competition, held in the Timaru Boys High School Hall. There were 35 teams from all of the South Island with 4 people in each team. Our runner was Cathal, he was really fast. We had 30 minutes to answer 20 questions, the half an hour went really quickly! We finished 10th, but we were really happy with that! :D Afterwards the driver, Matthew's mum, Kim, took us to McDonalds for tea! Cathal and Matthew ate way too much and felt really sick on the way home. Overall - was a great night, we all loved it. :)
